Mimi - Main rapper, 2nd main dancer. She writes her own rap parts and is quite strong in dance but doesn't get to show it as much as Yooa.
Seunghee - Main vocal and variety show queen. She won a televised singing contest at age 11 and has shown off her skills on many TV shows as a member of Oh My Girl. I especially recommend watching her performances on Girl Spirit, that was a great show. Known for her hilarious reactions and impressions (most recently seen on Knowing Brothers, her clip went viral).
Yooa - Main dancer, 2nd main visual, lead vocal, face of the group, oh and she can rap too. Basically perfect. She has performed on multiple dance shows and released some great cover dance videos including one with her brother Junsun, who is a choreographer at 1 Million.
Binnie - Lead vocal, often called the smartest member and also the most athletic. Known for doing the "aegyo that makes you want to punch".
Arin - Maknae & visual. As the maknae her main role is doing aegyo and she's good at her job, but there is one other member she just can't beat (see below).
Hyojung - Leader, 2nd main vocal and genius aegyo creator. A great singer but she doesn't get to show it as much as Seunghee. She's known for being so sweet & adorable that her nickname is "candy leader". She even wrote several aegyo songs which have been used many times on Weekly Idol and other shows like MBC Idol Radio. There's a good chance you've seen your bias acting cute to her song.

Yooa has had many solo projects while Binnie sang a duet song with Seunghee (Stupid in Love) and an OST song with Hyojung. In terms of vocals Jiho is 5th.
