The most unique in architectural design of a supermall in this world. Inside the mall a promenader will be mesmerized of the elegant,, classy and aesthetic of its foyers with high ceilings. And my most favorite spot is the world class, Olympic sized ice skating rink of which I am an active figure skater. This mall is another pride of Cebu City.

When is that tower opening? The view from the top would be so cool, especially when looking at CCLEx. I like SM Seaside complex bec of the amazing archirecture of the church, and the nearby ocean park that has a bigger oceanarium than Manila ocean park. Once the arena and convention center opens, tuluy tuloy na to. Condos, office towers, maybe a sky ranch amusement park (sea ranch? Hehe) and more. Progress may be slow but these will sure come.
I haven't been to the Seaside Mall since January 2020. Will be back in 8 months.

i would love to go there with my fiance family and spend all day shopping and eating good food but only if USA foreigners are allowed to travel to the Philippines without restrictions and quarantines
The main reason I consented to the Covid vaccine from the beginning was so I could visit my family in Cebu with limited issues.
Boy was I wrong! I HATE the unnecessary restrictions and quarantines for vaccinated ones like me. They take away valuable vacation time and money I could use on my family.
please check with Cebu Tourism for updated travel protocols. 🙂

One great thing about Seaside Mall is the free parking! Well in 2019 it was still free to park, not sure about today.

boss, any updates for the Seaside Basketball Arena?
It's a multi-purpose arena, not just a a basketball arena. It can hold any big events - namely sports, musical concerts, etc.
still landworks (drainage nstallation) going on. Progress is slow and I guess it is because theres no reason to hurry up since it is still covid times. 🙂

Gone are the days na ang mga Gaisano malls rule or were the king of malls. Then SM, Ayala came & well…Robinson was already there but it was the only one in Cebu & White Gold burned or prob it was mostly supermarket. Well, this is a great addition in building more infrastructure & parks making it a high class place to show to other countries.

as far as I know, its jot condominium sir. It was only said in some articles that it is an observatory tower. Could also have some office spaces, maybe. 🙂

They're currently working on underground utility system first I think.
