I’ll be watching it again tomorrow -sleepy now…watched half way & I think I found my answer to my recent neck issues. Thank you.
Love the digital muscle graphics you add to visually see on the body what one's you are talking about!
Glad you like it :)
Love this man. Great job on the vids and the channel
Appreciate it!
Thank you Coach E.
You're most welcome!
Your material is valid and very useful. I have been crawling out of tennis elbow hell with two of your videos....and learning about addressing issues such as rounded shoulders....rotator cuff weakness which I believe was the initial cause of my tennis elbow.....but most importantly addressing posture from it's epicenter....the psoas activation vids along with the multifidus activation and serratus anterior. Your lessons I am very thankful for and when combined with other high quality youtuber stuff, makes for a powerful prevention and therapeutic weapon against pain and suffering. Thank you.

It's been a while, and I must say this channel helped me a lot to improve my sports performance. Internal/External rotator muscles, psoas, piriformis - I'm working all of these. As well as improving my ankle dorsiflexion.
Wow!

I am 60 with Sheuermann's disease and Myofascial pain. (my spine is a mess really) My costoschondritis on right front acts up and I always have burning pain in my right scapula which radiates into ribs during the day depending on what I am doing. As a painter it has limited my career in a huge way. I have had this for six years or more Is there a video you can point me to? Thank you.
Whoa!
These exercises are ok but the Shoulder Pain Solution program is better. It was designed with people like you in mind.

Thank you :) @@PrecisionMovementCoach
neck Italian would have explained a lot, since I'm Italian
:)
Total bulshit exercises
Just type in anterior scalene muscle exercises and u r good to go❤
Ummm, I didn't show any exercises, but gave the general approach. Just training anterior scalenes doesn't do anything for shoulder problems that can often be the root cause of neck pain.
@@PrecisionMovementCoachdon’t listen to that clown. We know your videos are all amazing. Sone may not work for some people but likely work for 95% of people. They probably misdiagnosed themself lol
