Thank you for this! I couldn't get a Normal 1cc because Orin destroyed me every single time. Stage 6 and Utsuho were not as hard for me than Orin lol. You helped me with that video! Immediately after I've whatched it I got through her and got a Normal 1cc!
I hate that I came here because I'm stuck on this boss for about a month already, but I already do most of the tips mentioned here. The thing is, I can't stand this game bomb system. If I use a bomb, I'm weaker and her attack gets longer, so I end up dying (because if I used a bomb, whatever almost get me the first time will certainly get me the second time), and there's also the fact that in confusing patterns I just can't bomb properly. I get hit before I can use a bomb, or say "Ok, I just move between these two bullets and... I'm dead"
I go for all good endings in a touhou and this is the 2nd game I watch a guide for which helped me alot. I got 4 out of 6 of the endings so far. I also watched a lunatic replay of marisaB and the player used a cheese for nonspell 3 where he positions himself slightly above orin. I think its only possible with some shot types like marisaB but I havent tested it out yet. SA shot types are very unique from each other so I feel like stage 2 and later im playing a different game.

Its ReimuA's special ability. I stopped shooting for a while and double tapped left. If it was right side then I'd double tap right to do that.

When you are at the edge of the screen, stop shooting and double tap on left or right depending on which side of the screen you are at.
