മോഹൻലാലിനെ മലയാള സിനിമ പ്രേക്ഷരുടെ മനസ്സിൽ ഇടം നേടിക്കൊടുത്ത മിക്ക സിനിമകളുടെയും കഥ , തിരക്കഥ എന്നിവയൊക്കെ ശ്രീനിവാസൻ ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ആ സിനിമകളിൽ മിക്കതിലും ശ്രീനിവാസന് കോമാളി വേഷമായിരുന്നു. വേദനിക്കുന്ന കോടീശ്വരൻ എന്ന പ്രശസ്തമായ ഡയലോഗ് ഉള്ള മമ്മൂട്ടി അഭിനയിച്ച അഴകിയ രാവണൻ എന്ന സിനിമയുടെ കഥ ശ്രീനിവാസൻ ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും പക്ഷെ അദ്ദേഹം അഭിനയിച്ചത് കോമാളിയായ ഒരു ടൈലറുടെ റോളിലായിരുന്നു. അതേപോലെ കഥ പറയുമ്പോൾ എന്ന സിനിമയുടെ കഥയും ശ്രീനിവാസൻ ആയിരുന്നു.
