I do not blame Egypt because They have learnt history from Jordan. Jordan king was kind enough to offer shelters and food to Palestinians in 1970s but they paid back their gratitude with assassination plots to Jordan King.

Well, to be honest... Palestinian refugees haven't had the best track record when it comes to being a good guest... They tried to overthrow the Jordanian government (Black September) and were also a key driver of the Lebanese civil war. So... I mean.. Always remember this pattern, 1) Conflict is always between islam vs other religions 2) Other islamic countries will not accept those affected muslims as their refugees, but they somehow sneak into non-islamic countries. Nobody in the world has anything similar like this. No Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Atheist would deny entry to another one. Take Poland as a good example who welcomed Ukrainian refugees, because they were fellow Christians and Slavics. But a Muslim would deny another Muslim if he's a Palestinian. That's how the Middle East works in contrast. There seems to be some hatred between Arabs that we in the rest of the world cannot grasp.
It might not be a hatred thing. It could just be a major liability and the logistics of it all. Lives are more important than logistics but only they could hopefully be honest enough to further explain why.

Everyone seems to forget/ignore so many things. Previously Palestinian civilians have a habit to incite civil instability and independence insurgences to destabilize the government of the country they are being harbored in (kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, etc), which may be one of the reasons Egypt does not want too many of them in their borders.

When Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, he promised Palestinians part of Kuwait so Palestinians welcomed the Iraqi army but when the Kuwaitis and the USA defeated the Iraqi, the fate of Palestinians in Kuwait was not good. Some of them were killed by angry Kuwaitis. That set the precedence why nobody would take the refugees in.

Do you know what happened when Jordan in the 60s allowed Palestinians to come and settle. The conflict erupted after the PLO, which had been based in Jordan since 1967, began to act as a state within a state, challenging King Hussein's authority. Hussein saw this as a threat to his throne and to Jordan's stability. On September 17, 1970 (called the Black September), the Jordanian Army launched a crackdown on the PLO (with the help of Pakistan Army which sent its Brigadier with a few thousand Army men). Thousands of Palestinians were killed and PLO defeated. This is why no Arab nation wants Palestine refugees. They are a nuisance.
Other Muslims countries will not accept Muslims raise with other docrines because they know someday they will be a burden and a problem to their country. Let those country with the same docrines adopt Palestinians refugees.

I can't imagine a country anywhere in the world who would want to be responsible for hundreds of thousands or even millions of refugees from a neighboring country. It's a big responsibility and a big cost. However, Egypt might be willing to act as a go between for refugees heading for neighboring Muslim countries. Sadly, I don't think the surrounding Muslim countries want them, either.

These countries have their own problems. Since Hamas did not consult them before attacking Israel, Hamas should deal with this outcome. MBS was negotiating a peace deal between Israel and Palestine. Hamas sabotaged the efforts by attacking Israel. So they should deal with their impunity.

Nobody in the world has anything similar like this. No Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Atheist would deny entry to another one. Take Poland as a good example who welcomed Ukrainian refugees, because they were fellow Christians and Slavics. But a Muslim would deny another Muslim if he's a Palestinian. Whats left out of this report is that the Muslim Brotherhood is the sworn enemy of the current Egyptian admin. Lets remember the military overthrew the Muslim Brotherhood. Ppl have died, been jailed and tortured on both sides. Does anyone think Egypt wants to let in more of its enemies? The last time Egypt let in refugees from Gaza, those people started attacking the Egyptian administration as well as Israel from the Sinai.
We are talking about saving lives. Everyone keeps insisting the civilians don't support Hamas, so why deny them?

the civilians do support hamas. They are hamas. See that the big downside of being a terrorist without uniform or other marking like a normal soldier. If you hide between other civilians, everyone becomes a target. As soon as a hamas soldier takes off his green headband he goes back to being a civilian. All Muslim nations & others are crying for Palestinians including Egypt. Egypt is ready with aid ar Rafah border. But they don't accept Palestinians for the fear that these people will never go back to Gaza & will become their permanent burden. Why not those nations threatening Israel for multi front war share the burden of Palestinian refugee? Its only 2.2 million people? Right? The conflict erupted after the PLO, which had been based in Jordan since 1967, began to act as a state within a state, challenging King Hussein's authority. Hussein saw this as a threat to his throne and to Jordan's stability.
On September 17, 1970 (called the Black September), the Jordanian Army launched a crackdown on the PLO (with the help of Pakistan Army which sent its Brigadier with a few thousand Army men). Thousands of Palestinians were killed and PLO defeated.
This is why no Arab nation wants Palestine refugees. They are a nuisance.
Other Muslims countries will not accept Muslims raise with other docrines because they know someday they will be a burden and a problem to their country. Let those country with the same docrines adopt Palestinians refugees.

I can't imagine a country anywhere in the world who would want to be responsible for hundreds of thousands or even millions of refugees from a neighboring country. It's a big responsibility and a big cost. However, Egypt might be willing to act as a go between for refugees heading for neighboring Muslim countries. Sadly, I don't think the surrounding Muslim countries want them, either.
This is just because they are so good, reliable, peaceful and innocent. Egypt does not want Hamas. Nobody wants them.

Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood. The people who tried to overturn Egypt not so long ago. The first responsibility of the Egyptian government is the protection of its own people. We cannot blame Egypt for simply carrying out its first and foremost responsibility.
