3:51 - 6:22 caption has a Russian Freight Train with three electric(AC) locomotives and the tankers are only 81. With these many identical locomotives on broad-gauge railroads of India, they haul more than 200 tankers easily on the light side. India manufactures Diesel, Electric, and combo-engines where the Diesel engine is incorporated with a simultaneous electric locomotive as well for special routes. Indian Railway industry has roughly 60 international customers. Check out hundreds of uploads done by V-loggers all over India for various categories. Indian Railroad stations are massive, especially at Junctions where all three types of railroads converge - Broad gauge, Meter gauge, and Narrow gauge.

This one electric locomotive is made up of three sections and is built to work in tough conditions and rugged terrain. The composition of the train is assembled by the station attendants according to the internal schedule, the length of the station, the weight of the train, etc. There are longer and shorter trains, there are trains of two trains and, accordingly, twice as many locomotives and wagons. I have watched Indian Railways and have not seen trains of 200 wagons or so

One such is called Python that has two diesel locomotives in the front an done in the center with 48 wagons in the first segment and 60 or so in the second. Then comes the SESHNAAG Luggage Train which runs on all electric locomotives---
three in front and two each of three sets in the middle. This is how the layout is for SESHNAAG....
(3E)(conductor)-------63 wagons-----(2E)(conductor)------67 wagons-----(2E)(conductor)------65 wagons------(2E)(conductor)-------58 wagons-----(conductor).
These add up to 253 and add Conductor wagon that has restrooms and sleeping couch for the staff of four on average. This adds to the grand total of 258 and is claimed to be 2.5 km long.

Самый мощный индийский грузовой локомотив WAG-12, две секции, производится по лицензии фирмы Alstom, из иностранных деталей, мощность 12000 лошадиных сил, для двух секций, тяговое усилие 72 тонны.
В этом видео показаны российские грузовые локомотивы переменного тока 3ЭС5К «Ермак», произведены по российским проектам и из российских деталей, три секции, суммарная мощность 13370 лошадиных сил, и это не самый мощный локомотив, есть мощнее, тяговое усилие для трёх секций 102 тонны.
Я не вижу преимущества индийских локомотивов.
Как было сказано выше, количество вагонов состава формируются в зависимости от задач, веса и профиля пути. К тому же, достаточно большая часть грузов в России перевозится по автомобильным дорогам, по железным дорогам в основном крупнотоннажные, крупногабаритные, и сыпучие.
