Many of you liked my potato chips video, and requested a new video like this, so here it is. And today I have to eat a little bit different, with not showing my face, because I have a rash on my chin. Like a cold sore. It is so helpful and healing to know I am not alone in struggling with self-love. I struggle due to childhood trauma that carried into my adult life. My mind doesn't remember the trauma, but my body does. I pray for us all in our journey back to ourselves. God made us special just as we are and it is about time that we love ourselves the way God loves us to live life free above fear. Take care and God bless.
