明報RAP:2019-7-13【23:30】就傳媒查詢一名男子於警方在上水港鐵站附近清場期間跳出行人天橋，警方發言人回覆表示，警方在上水港鐵站清場時，一名男子涉嫌阻礙警方防線推進，人員嘗試上前向該名男子了解，但他突然逃跑，在上水廣場天橋跨出欄桿，企圖躍下，人員立刻捉緊該男子並把他救回行人天橋內。經初步調查後，該名男子涉嫌非法集結被捕。【22:25】消息人士指出，至目前暫有10名警員受傷送院，全部清醒。部分被不明物品擲中，皮膚出現灼熱，會收集沾有不明物品的衣服往化驗。【21:15】往大會堂方向有20多個警察從橋上下來，並往上水廣場方向走。有警長叫其他警察「放低頭盔，飲啖水」。龍琛路、馬會道、符興街、新成路一帶已無示威者和警察。大會堂一帶、新康街、新祥街、新運路均完成清場。大會堂一帶仍有防暴警察留下戒備，部分已除下裝備。【21:07】龍琛路大批警員上警車離開；龍琛路、新康街交界警員已全數上警車，準備離開。【20:57】被警棍打中額角的議員尹兆堅表示感到頭暈，要到北區醫院驗傷。【20:50】醫管局表示，至晚上8時半，有14名男子送院治理，全部情况穩定。一名黑衣女社工多次以揚聲器要求防暴警察保持冷靜，被防線指揮官警告停止煽動，否則會以阻差辦公拘捕。【20:44】一批警員抵達新運路，清理早前示威者遺下的路障。【20:40】議員尹兆堅接受訪問表示，見一名白衣警員持警棍追打一名青年，青年逃進商場，其後再走出天橋，其後同一警員用警棍追打另一少年，前方有警察防線圍堵，少年驚慌下跳橋，幸有數人把他捉住，拉回橋面。他說，當時他上前指摘用警棍打少年的警員，質問他為何使用暴力，差點害了一條人命。其間該名被指摘的警員持盾揮動警棍向前推，警棍打中尹兆堅額角致紅腫。【20:32】有市民圍觀清場行動，有黑衣女士持咪呼籲警察.
