1. Stuns 2. Incaps 3. Disorients 4. Roots 5. Silence (very rare) I count 5, and 2 of them aren't even full loss of control. Not to mention that "now", as opposed to when? Back in MoP and before? When more classes had way more CC, and the currently compact incap/disorient classes used to not include things like fears, seduces, polymorphs, and much more. There USED TO BE 9+ different classes of CC pre-WoD. After that they squished it down to 3 types of hard cc DR, plus silence and root.
@@lihisluikku There's also some extremely rare ones like spriest void volley horrify, destro lock infernal stun, and that one shaman root that don't DR with anything else or even itself
There's not that much, and the durations have all been nerfed. The old rogue chain of sap into blind is also nerfed and now DR each other. The problem is the massive burst damage, everyone has BFA health levels but everyone can do damage like they have 150+ corruption.
