Lance Hedrick got me hooked on cutting my chemex filters and re-folding them so you end up with 2 layers on each side. You should try it out and see if it does anything for your brew! ☕
Fun fact, your Chemex can be kept warm on your stove as long as it's a glass covered stove and I've seen others say a gas powdered on is fine too.,
I keep adding more coffee and blooming, pouring . I'm sure that correct ratio of a dark Peets rose but still comes out yummy and strong , smooth

I use the hand blown ones which are twice as expensive which means the coffee tastes twice as good....
