I could do without the background sounds for better attention to the content and I need to reduce the speed. Anyway: Thank you for inspiration. ❤

This is much deeper than previous videos I've watched. You've packed lot of info in a short space. Thankfully we can re-watch many times. Thanks for so much valuable info.

I'm a current victim of the Diderot Effect. I bought a new arm chair for a reading nook in my home office. I then realized I need a lamp, a comfy blanket, and ottoman, and a side table. Whoops.

I just finished reading this book on Sunday. I borrowed it from the library but I believe its a worthwhile investment to purchase my own copy.

Brilliant Mia! I love Atomic Habits but never linked it to clutter and my spaces. Only read it to get motivated to start exercicing (3 times) and eating better! But of course it applies to everything in life! I have no problem with clutter. Both my husband and I like to get rid of things we don’t use. I like to watch decluttering videos to just get motivated to clean & I always declutter and rearrange flowers etc. in the same time. Always feels motivating to see you! Now I am going to clean our appartment! 😉

Thanks Mia, I wondered about this book and now I have a better idea about buying a kindle copy. I like the shift from goals to systems because every system I set up has benefited me while unmet goals are annoying

I have to listen to this video several more times to understand what you mean. It might be that I’m too tired but you also go very fast. I don’t feel I have the time to let all these things sink in. But luckily I can watch it as often as I want 😅.

Had to stop watching a few minutes in. Music too distracting. I’ll try to get the info by reading the transcript.

Why are you playing music during this video? It’s like watching TV with the radio on. Highly distracting.
