Ben and Ethan both have been pretty on point lately with the jokes about these comics.
The leprosy thing is also from prior alien comics. There was an entire leper colony that existed alongside xenomorphs because the aliens wouldn't kill them since they had embryos, but the embryo couldn't burst.
Kind of wild that someone would even thought of that lol

There has never been quite a complete 180 done in a back issues....like what happened here lol. Wow. All time moment of ethan just losing alllll the goodwill this book had in 20 seconds. This is just incredible.

They could easily have a bat sized xenomorph. You have someone or group of people dealing a bootleg Man-Bat serume. Batman is investigating it. One of the individuals eventually gets a facehugger on them. It creates a xeno/Man-Bat creature. Just a thought.

I love Dr. Fortune being like " who exactly is the schmuck in the bat costume and why is he growling at me like he can give me orders?"
And then she turns out being the best rendition of xeno-human hybrid concept.... who dies from not understanding rules of xenomorph. Honestly, considering recent Alien game using Xenomorph cult, she would fit right in.

Can't believe that the climax of the story had it perfectly set up, but Batman didn't say "Get away from her, you b!"ch" once.
Those first Alien and Predator were lightning in a bottle. Everything else after was just nutty. Don't tempt us with that Wildcats vs Aliens book Sal, remember, we sat through Bloodlines and we'll do it again!
Throughout the entire discussion of who talks, the big mouth or the little mouth, all I could think was The Tick vs the Uncommon Cold with Thrakkorzogg and his little mouth popping out with quips

I feel like an opportunity was missed. They could've made the "elder" xenomorph shiny and slimy...only instead of natural bodily excretions, it could've been covered in Bengay for joint pain. Then, Batman could follow the strong scent of Menthol throughout the catacombs of Gotham City.
This goes off the rails, and I love it. Love these crazy crossovers.

Imagine a Aliens vs DC Universe, or a Alien that came from the lazarus pit. DC really should have make a new crossover. And of course great video as always.

Loved the GL and Aliens crossover, even if it can’t exactly fit into continuity. GL and Aliens are just a perfect combo, give them a sector far away from earth to play around with and anything is possible!

You know as a kid I only had the first two issues, so I never got to experience that finale 😂 I remember this story as being a straightforward alien story.

Crossing Xenomorph DNA with Two-Face and Scarecrow is so dumb it's kinda funny, they're just dudes! I can at least see a case for Joker and Freeze having weird DNA but Two-Face is jusf a crazy man with a scar.
I yelled MAN-BAT at my screen, that had to be on purpose you didn't really forget about Man-Bat!!

How to make an Alien-Bat: so part of what they do with those creepy hive walls is capture a creature and essentially reverse-caterpillar it. It goes into a cocoon, turns into protein soup, and BECOMES an egg and facehugger.
Have the xenomorph effectively capture an entire bat colony. Then you have two different angles.
1: tiny bat eggs become tiny facehuggers that would fit bat faces. Flying xenomorph swarm.
2: becomes one normal sized egg but infused with bat dna. So you get the horror of a FLYING facehugger that hits a HUMAN and turns them into a bat-winged full size xenomorph.
aliens carrying aliens were also a thing in AVP: Extinction for the PS2. the "carrier" literally shoots projectile facehuggers at people.
there are some wild xenomorphs in that game.

I managed to get the complete collection of the Batman/Aliens about 2 or 3 years ago, back when it was still easier to get it. Super happy that I did. Who knows how much it’ll be worth in the future.

I read this comic earlier today and it's pretty crazy in all the right ways. While the artwork's not as good and it lacks the eerie atmosphere of the first book, I like some of its insane ideas from Arkham inmates being cloned into a Xenomorph elite squad to the villain having enhanced strength and eternal youth because she carries the Queen in her womb. Hell, Two Face defeats a Xenomorph with a freakin' shotgun. Overall, the Aliens idea fits Superman more, but I don't mind this.
