She does look very much like Sarah Michelle Gellar so this figure could be a Buffy The Vampire Slayer figure. She actually looks alot more like Buffy The Vampire Slayer than her actual Sharon Carter figure that she is supposed to be. Which is kinda funny.
Peg warmers of the wave, there were a ton of Ms.Marvel figures in my target store and there were a lot of Sharon carter figures in my local Macy’s Store.
I agree with your take on the MS marvel series. I preferred the comic origin for her powers, but like the shows power set better. And was waiting for you to say that Sharon's aunt has peg holes.
Sharon Carter I want, I have been wanting one ever since 2014. Kamala is an eh, didn't care for the character in the comics, but the costume is colorful at least. I have gotten every character in this damn wave so I might as well get Kamala to. I give them a SUD rating of... I'll wait for the Black Friday sale.
Really hated the Ms Marvel figure. Her arm broke right out the package for me. They made her limbs out of that awful harder plastic, reminds me of some Ironman figures.
Dude, my Sharon Carter’s left arm pops off a lot when posing and her legs are super gummy. I only got her for the Ultron pieces. The Kamala Khan is good though.
I love Ms Marvel and have done since the comic debuted. Loved the show too. I own this figure and I like it but it's a bit underwhelming. Would have liked a bare head variant at least. The articulation is mediocre but that's fairly standard for female ML sadly. It's disappointing because like you point out there is a lot of nice detail on the sculpt. I'll probably get Carter to complete the BAF but it's not a great figure either.
Thankfully, this entire Wave is a miss for me... The Disney MCU seems to be solely aimed at a demographic that doesn't really exist in any real sense or numbers, and looking at the bums-on-seats-numbers-at-the-cinema things are really dropping off. For a business, and to quote, "Not a great plan"... (Oh, wait, that was before it all got really, really shite, wasn't it? Soz, y'all)... Anyways, this Wave is saving me moolah, Big Time... So, at least a "Thank you" to the Has-Bros. ;)
Many women are full grown height by 14 or 15. Kamala is 5'3" Sharon Carter is 5'8" based on the real actresses heights.
