Can I say for someone with ADHD this is freaking genius! I often do things based on how fun it seems vs what's important. Thank you for sharing this beautifully simple way to prioritize things
I wish it had a more searchable name, but it is exactly what I needed! My list went beyond J, so i love that it works for insanely long Mom-lists, too. I also used another color ro circle the bullets in the final list for each one that was for someone else's benefit. This helped me see at a glance that I needed to prioritize myself a bit more tomorrow to avoid burnout and resentment from building up. Thanks!
This is genius for someone like me who gets task paralysis on the regular! Going through the exercise would give me a moment to breathe while also helping me decide what to do! Thank you for this!!

❤ this is so helpful I could cry… I struggle so much trying to figure outs important bc I tend to always do the ‘urgent’ things… this seems more helpful bc I can categorize things in order!
Saw this on Instagram this morning and couldn’t find it for the life of me again! set off on an intense social media search to try to find it because it was exactly what my brain needed! Thank you!!
thank you so much. you recently send me a link to the template for free and it's been amazingly helpful. also great to see a young aussie woman out there slaying ! keep up the good work.
Another idea that I can think of is to stop comparing for a task column as soon as you find a task row which is more important. The column for which you can fill all the letters first then ends up being the first task of priority.
So now what I want is an app for this. Because if I take the time to draw this out and write and fill it in, I'm going to get distracted and start drawing pictures or get asked questions by my kids, or something else will come up. If I could type somethings into an app that then asks me who wins however many times it needs to and totals it up for me, that would be amazing!! Where are the app developers?
I'm an app developer! For the past month I've been working on a prototype and it's finally ready to use. Having trouble linking here without the comment getting deleted, but there's a video demo of the app with the link on my TH-cam channel. Feedback is welcome.
