Very strange that the NOS piston has more slop. Did it come in a box with the oem part number on it? I think you’ll be fine with the old piston as long as it’s in spec as you mentioned. Looking forward to seeing it finished!
I did not have the box. It was an eBay by but the parts number matches up to the NOS parts number in manual, if possible, I would like to contact you somewhere else so me and you can talk privately if you’re OK with it
