If it doesn’t turn over, but you have a charge battery, just check safety switches otherwise put a little bit of gas in the carburetor and see what it does. It might be a fuel related problem.

Do you have other installed safety devices bypassed? The seat switch will prevent it from starting.
I have1742 sabre doesnt seem to exist says the belt is ??? Tried what tag says 114 way long trying a 96.5 hope it works we are guessing 😮

The volume on your video started out ok but then dropped way down early on. I had to crank my volume WAY up to be able to hear you.
