Dear Mam, whether goodwill is to be considered or not in adjusted Profit & loss account .Suppose company goodwill decrease from 1,15,000 to 90,000 in the the balance sheet then whether it is to be taken or not in P&L account in cash flow by indirect method

Dear Mam,if the provision of taxation is given in the balance sheet then we have to treat it as a current liabilities then take it's effect on working capital but in the problem if they mention tax paid in current year then whether we have to consider the effect of working capital

Dep of 10,000/- and 20,000/- have been charged on plant and land and buildings respectively in 2010.
An interim dividend of RS 20,000/- has been paid in 2010.
RS 35,000/- income tax was paid during the year 2010.
