Sister, please answer me of my one question,, in previous year value of goodwill is 70,000 and Current Year value of goodwill is 85,000. So please tell me that balance of 15,000 will added after 'Net Profit before Tax' !!
@@jeetbiswas9762 hey bro...as we know that goodwill is an intangible asset...nd increase in assets is due to investing activities not operating activities... hence it will be shown under the head of " Cash flow from investing activities" as a outflow ( purchase of goodwill with 15000 in outer column with bracket).
Also it will have only one treatment...u r not supposed to do anything with net profit before tax...as Goodwill is not an extraordinary item instead it is an intangible asset.

2:company accounts and analysis of financial statements.
Here are the list of chapters for 12th
■ PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNT CHAPTERS :
1 Accounting for not for profit organizations
2 Accounting for partnership
3 admission of partner
4 retirement/death of a partner
5 diasolution of partnership firm
■ company accounts
1 Accounting for share capital
2 issue of debentures
3. Redemption of debentures
■ Analysis of financial statements
1 financial statements of a company
2 tools of financial analysis
3 Accounting ratios
4 cash flow statement.
Such a nice way to clear all the concepts & their is a saying that their is no ssubstitute for hardwork you have proved it...& its an motivation for us now to prove ourselves..Thanks a lot for such a valuable information.....
