Aivolt 1600w generator | brand new | won’t run

I purchased this generator brand new off of Amazon from Aivolt. At the time I had purchased 2 of them and the other one ran perfect. This one, straight out the box wont run. I have reached out to customer service and they want to completely tear it down and start the process of elimination or whats wrong.
I personally don't think you should purchased something completely brand new and it not work, then the company not want to replace it with a brand new unit. Instead they want me to be their R&D department for free.
Moral of the story is Aivolt doesn't stand behind there products. So buyers beware.

Ever get it sorted? Bought the 1200 won't run for than a few secs.. Also been told by email for a video upload

The gas cap has an open close for venting. It’ll vacuum lock when closed

It actually does the same thing closed or open. Have about 6 of these. For some reason this one came not running properly on arrival. When asked for a replacement the manufacturer wanted a video uploaded.

Tell me how to use it then? I have 13 other generators that I don't seem to have a problem with.
