Can you show how to open the cord consolidator? My blinds pull cord came off but the consolidator remains closed, I don’t know how to snap it open in order to the cord back into it.

Well...... my cord is frazzled, breaking..... not the cord holder......this would be the least of my worries

Why not put a clean cord in? It looks dirty
