Amen. Im going to the return in d.c. this month not bc i need a new annointing. Im not lost. Im going to the front line with the anointed one inside of me. Glory to God, his remnant isn't on t.v. rioting everyday but the gates of hell will not prevail against the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God.

This is what my main complaint is about local churches who stay on old covenant teaching and ignoring the new covenant

We need to find a church to be taught properly, exalting Jesus and his teachings of righteousness and the Kingdom of God. One someone is saved they need to continue in the word, be discipled. Many will be coming in and we need to be ready as if we were teaching our own kids. I am single and ready teach young, old, new believer and old believer. To be a servant and minister of God Almighty.

    John 17:24-25
New King James Version24 “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me. 26 And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”

As part of a church I have been feeling this same thing for years and God spoke to me one morning and said Mitzpah Mitzpah Mitzpah. I researched what it meant and after searching for a while I saw a Messianic Rabbi preach on the subject which meant follow the Torah the teachings of God. Follow my commandments said Jesus, observe the Sabbath invite God into your home. We are missing the blessings on these teachings. Jesus did not cancel the teachings of the Torah he came to fulfill them. The meaning of the word Torah is Teaching. When you look at it that way it changes the perspective instead of saying the Law. We have been mislead by the church to believe that we are above the teachings. We are a part of Israel grafted in and not separarte so why do we avoid the teachings that actually brings balance to our lives. We are not going to sacrifice at an alter because Jesus was the perfect lamb so we do not have to do that anymore. God is revealing these truths in these end times. But we need to observe the sabbath and follow the festivals. I agree with everything you said concerning the church, it’s true. I pray this message reaches you and that you may preach on studying the Torah. God Bless keep preaching that message of truth.

Jeremiah, I value your ministry of integrity and truth. Today I posted a quote from this video on FB and got some response. ""It is a violation of the New Testament to intentionally seek out a prophet for a word from God." They asked for scripture to back this. The only thing I could think of is out of James-1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Do you have any other scriptures in support of not seeking personal prophecy from prophets? While I haven't been taught to not seek words from the prophets and have even ministered prophetically to people asking for prophecy, Holy Spirit has been showing me that these things are not meant to be our best approach in seeking guidance and direction. We are His children and He is available 24/7 for counsel and direction. We have not, because we ask not or ask amiss. Ask, Seek, Knock. There are some strong scriptures about seeking Him but I haven't found any about seeking prophetic people. So, do you have any scriptures in support of not seeking personal prophecy from prophets?

I feel like you answered your own question. The only scriptures you can find are ones instructing and encouraging us to go directly to God Himself. I think your facebook people want a scripture that tells them not to seek a word from a prophet, while totally ignoring the plethora of scriptures instructing us to go to God Himself. It sort of speaks to heart conditions if you think about it. We wont do it if God says don't, but we wont do what God says do. My two cents anyway. Jesus is King!
