Como practicante de distintos deportes de contacto como boxeo, taekwondo y lucha grecorromana dire no mames que flexibilidad, aunque la guardia muy baja siento que les va entrar un buen vergazo y ni lo va a ver en especial cruzados bien puestos digo en combate real si siento que si logra acortar distancia un buen cruzado si los podria dejar dormido....bueno es solo mi opinion, pero lo veo muy deportivo y muy poco practico para la defensa personal.

tkd people always leaving out emphasis of their hands makes them look so cringey, they put that much confidence and focus on their kicks that their hands often look like a granny in the middle of a robbery. good kicks a lot of the time, some absolute nonsense ones of course too like the one thats aimed at hitting birds

Karate punches are awful technique wise. Chin up, not returning back quick enough and wide open for a wide range of counters...
Boxers would always beat these guys in sparring events years ago, recently (like over the last 20 years) karate practitioners now take boxing lessons, judo and other arts to stay in the fight game and not get their asses OKed
This is not karate, it's ridiculous training just to pretend to fight
Ya most of these are unless you kick someone and make them fall or be in pain you're really just doing gymnastics.
This is shotokan karate, the sparring is point based so it rewards speed. And in a real fight the rules are out so we can go out to hurt the opponent but here its just speed. If you want full contact karate fights however, check out kyukoshin karate tournaments or machida karate.
