You went back and forth from area you cleaned to dirty then back over area you cleaned again. You need to get your nametag lanyard out of the way of the sterile field!! Are supposed to be teaching us what to do or what NOT to do??
Would double gloving sterile gloves help in this scenario? Plus aren’t HCP supposed to cleanse site in circular motion from incision site outward? And I agree that the lanyard is in the way - it could easily contaminate the whole process!
