Hello, What about message suggestion from customer side? When someone writes to my page they have option to select “auto message” which I don’t know how to delete
I set up automated response but when it comes up it sends a partial message than the full message..makes my response look weird. What do you think might be the problem?
May I know if we chat to some that has auto reply, will they still see our chat or not or do we need to text them one more time after that auto reply? For example, if I say Hi and then auto reply appear. In this case, did they see the Hi message that I wrote earlier?
