Toca papa uses kid characters and bright colors to make the kids click on the videos. And the content is probably click bated tbh. But still, everyday kids are exposed to more 18+ content on TH-cam and even TH-cam Kids because the uploader has chosen to upload the vid and make the themes, topics, and characters kids tv shows and appealing to younger audiences.
