Dragonlink has been my favorite deck for almost 2 years now. i just love the playstyle with it and i love the artworks. Theres so many variants you can make with this strategie aswell its insane and even tho rokket might be the most competitive variant its still really fun to make a competent blue eyes or red eyes dragon link strategie
Lol I run a red eyes variant playing only black metal, redmd, and I considered playing carrier but I had to lock myself so I decided to go with anaconda

I actually have a build kinda like this, except I use the o-lion token to make link spider, and then revive tracer, and make a 3 mat apoloussa and then do guardragon plays, but I like yours better since it seems more resistant to hand traps

Would you ever do a Infernity Blackwing deck? I was tinkering in duel links and noticed you can make the big bird, was wondering what it may look like in an actual deck Necromancer plus beetle, spawn 2 beetle, make level 5 sohaya, then raikiri, make another sohaya with launcher, summon the other sohaya from grave, pop 2, then make the level 12 onimaru If I had to guess maybe danger engine to help deplete the hand
@@yacine656 so you wouldn't consider mixing the 2 archtypes together? it's funny how you can make onimaru in one combo string (keep in mind that this is a duel links variation), in some way you get infernity necromancer and beetle in the grave, it'll be great if general was there as well. and have either infernity launcher or infernity mirage. so you use mirage or launcher to grab necromancer and beetle, use beetle effect to spawn 2 beetle then synchro into sohaya (in full deck you can probably do more here as we have more space on board) then make raikiri, use general in graveyard to recur necromancer and beetle, make a 2nd sohaya then eff to ss the sohaya from graveyard, pop 2 with raikiri effect then make onimaru

yacine656 I’ve been using galaxy serpent to replace O-lion. It works very good if I can force and extra body on board somehow for union carrier before activating black garden since I don’t get the extra token. Only thing is the board is more susceptible to hand traps
I actually stated that without it, you still combo BUT have to discard actual cards from.your hand. The combo is achieved when you have romulus on field + a way to summon tracer
Wait, so at 2:35 you talk about how if you play the field first it won't have the attack of crystal wing, and it holds true when you summon him. My question is why. I replicated this combo to try and figure it out, but when I did so, my crystal wings attack did get halved. I followed the combo exactly, so why didn't it work?
That's irrelevant tho ! The REAL crystal wing that you are keeping is the one summoned by garden's rose grave effect, not the 1st one that you synchro summoned. By that time black garden is no longer on the field so you don't get your attack halved !
I love Rokket, but i find those endless combos so boring. Its not about to learn how to be a better player and take bettter decisions, just memorize steps.

thats not entirely true because in a real match your opponent at the very least is going to have 1 hand trap(or at least you should think that way), so you still have to think on your feet on what to play, how to bait, and exactly how far to commit, maybe the initial combo is the same, but depending on the situation you will need to know various routes not just one cookie cutter combo.

Id say it does teach u how much to extend and not overextended also how to play throuh specific hand traps with the specific hand that u drew
Then try it against a good player, you will realize that it's not as easy as you say
