Because it is short Oma, the average height of a 13 year old female is almost 5'3" (my height) and you are below that.
Now that I think of it, it'd be really hard for any of the protags to murder, because of how reliant everyone is on them when it comes to the class trial. Maybe in the first game, but any of the others? They'd immediately suspect you for not carrying the trial
