The password can be changed then its only possible to reset the password by a Hyster mechanic with diagnostic software.

Im working with a recent Hyster fortens 7.0, but im afraid to start imputing codes randomly, i only need to set up the clock.

Hey man thank you, mine I can't access anything I enter correct password and I get no options only "password and "save and exit " nothing else?
My hyster s50ft forklift won’t start. It’s a push to start. One button to turn it on after honking horn, another button to start. Wont start. How I’m the world can I get this forklift to start.
Is there a message on the display?
Can you get into the service menu, in ther you can check if all the buttons on the dash working properly. Otherwise you have to connect the service tool.

How many language in the forklift ???
There are 5 different languages in the dashboard to choose for the operater and service menu.
English, Spanish, Italian, French and German are the standard languages.
You can even download a different language to the truck with the software and interface cable.

Forten 3.5 here... When I press * 3 times and enter password I can only access calibrations and passwords. How do I get to the other settings visible in this video?
can you see a display version? like V3.01 or similar?
I have never encountered before that only the passwords and calibrations are visible. do the arrow buttons to scroll work properly?
I have a Fortens 4.0 here. I tred this and didn't realise that there a limited number of attempts ! The password must have been changed by a previous owner. We got the machine at auction. So now there are only three attempts left ! There must be a way to reset it.

hey. We've been trying to operate this machine. When we introduce the password, it says "passw. blocked". The engine starts normally,but we cant drive that. and the forks also work. Can you help me?
You need to contact a Hyster technician to let him unblock or remove the password in the display with his laptop. After 10 wrong pass inputs the display is blocked.

Hello, the truck software is written in the display and VSM. The display or controller cannot be interchanged separately. If 1 controller is changed, the message Display/VSM mismatch appears in the display. A Hyster technician can/need to program a new file into the machine based on the serial number. Or you need the Hyster Service Tool program with Ifak can-bus adapter AND the right CDF file to reprogram.

If nothing has changed, check the supply voltage to the VSM. What also sometimes occurs is that the PDM (fuse/relay box next to the battery) causes errors. moisture, polluted.
how can i get the password for a newer yale? i have a model glp080
probably the password has been changed with the laptop. look in the description for most common passwords
How you set the clock
This works only older hysters. In new fortens you can read the code from serial number.
Can you give a little more detail please ? I have to repair a H5.0 FT5 2009 and I can't get into the system
Ok smarty pants how do I enter a 7,8 and a 0 if there is only 1to 5 numbers 🤔
Some Hyster dealers use custom passwords. Those who use the serial number of that is the 0 a 1 a 6 or higher a 5. A serial number that is 01658 will be 11555 as a password.
