The creator of the channel also has Tourette, but he had an operation, where he got a device inside his brain, which, whenever he has tics surpress it. there isnt much difference between thinking about yourself and experiencing negative emotion. think about goals and things like family and friends, your life would be more positive

My old teacher made us do this with 10k words and this thing killed me we got to 8k and she cancelled the whole thing 😂
