    Awesome video, what I don't quite understand is once you mix the nutrients in a 1 liter bottle, how much from the liter bottles do you add per gal. ?

    I've done it and it works great. My A solution starts to form floaties in it after a while, is this normal or do I need to do something to stop it?

    Nice video. How many ml you use on every liter of water?

    • @expathydroponics8500
      @expathydroponics8500  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you are starting with just water, I would put 4 ml of "A" and 4 ml of "B" per liter and then test with a TDS meter. According to the Masterblend calculator, you need .53g of MB and Calcium nitrate and .26g of Magnesium Sulfate per liter to add 400 ppm. Our concentrate has 120g of MB per and 60g of MS in 1 liter of "A" solution. 4 ml will add .48g of MB and .24g of MS. 4ml of solution "B" will add .48g of CN.

    Weighing is measurement.... but grams is a mass measurement not weight. Cups quarts table spoons etc is a volume measurement. Your explanation of why you should measure mass is not very good.

    • @expathydroponics8500
      @expathydroponics8500  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      First, sorry for my poor explanation. I think you may find that if you look in the dictionary grams is a measurement of mass or weight. Since gravity exerts the same force on what I am measuring - the mass between the compounds should be relative. It's been a long time since I was in school, so I apologize if I have this wrong. However, the manufacturer recommends measuring in grams on a scale - so that is what I am following.

    I have to put my Epsom salts in a coffee grinder. They don’t seem to want to dissolve. Good idea this. Making a concentrate. Never gave it a thought.
