    This is the best of down the highway living in Gulf Breeze, on the canals instead of waterfront property. Definitely under a million dollars. Under $700, 000 for sure that. It's not very big but on a big lot. Super safe in every way. Lots of commerce out of the neighborhoods. These homes are made for entertaining.

      @@niknoks7638 Waterfront property, in a pretty good place. Not that I'm arguing with you about that, but to build in concrete blocks, is at least double the price. I live in a wooden box now, but originally sought and bought a concrete blocks building condo in the area.
