Caputo Pizzeria 70% Hydration 24 Hour Pizza Dough

This is the second part of a small series where we try and push the hydration level on Caputo Pizzeria. I normally use Pizzeria at 65% hydration, the other day I pushed to 67% and today we try caputo pizzeria at 70% hydration.
