My current path every time I grind is: Get health to 4 (200 health) Impulse, Handcut, Attack Speed (max), Dodge, Handcut MK2, Max out health then focus on gas and blades. Seems to be working fine for me tbh. I focus on impulse before Handcut because I’ve reached the point in skill where I’m most often to die to divers stompers and crawlers as opposed to just getting eaten, so an easy escape move that constitutes for a mobility move as well is perfect, making it a tad better than dodge.
I usually get AT LEAST 3-5 hp, impulse or hand cut depending on my performance, dodge, atk speed and then the rest depends on my performance as I said

Also, when you use impulse and hit things eg nape and legs, it doesn't consume blade durability
That and its cd wont happen at all if u land it
This is a while after this was posted, but here is my skill path:
First is 4 hp. Lets me take a hit and leaves some extra hp in case I need it
Hand Cut. Just a good skill to keep yourself alive
Full Gas Efficiency. This is to save gas because of my next skill
Impulse. First reason is that it lets you escape stompers if you are stunned in a swarm, second reason is if you slash when using it no blade durability is used
Full hp. Just lets you survive
Dodge. Great for blinding titans in hordes
Hand Cut MK2. Same reason as first hand cut
Attack speed 3/4. Great for PvP but I leave out the last upgrade because it makes your attack obvious and worse for PvP
Full Blade Durability. Not much to explain
FullHook Range. Helps get out of bad situations and move faster
Run Speed. Not a major deal, but is nice to have
Super Jump. Not a ton of uses, but good against crawlers
Blade Throw. Haven’t had a chance to get a good use of it, but I can see it helping
Full Mental Strength. It’s not often your mental strength goes low due to teammate deaths, but usually being bitten for a while with high hp. Most annoying part of low mental is the screen-shake

MK2 has a shorter CD compared to the first handcut by a lot and it also has aoe

Do you have reccomendation for the flow of upgrading? Like what to upgrade first, and did they remove rage mode?
I suggest you upgrade health first, pretty much you'll counter with warriors or stompers. After that you should upgrade the gas and blade if you want to farm but get the handcut first for your safety just in case you got grabbed.

It does but if you get killed your upgrades and skills will reset so yeah
