One man wearing a hoodie and the other wearing a t shirt. It really makes you question what the temperature in that room really is. However, what you don’t question, is the quality of this podcast. Another great episode as always.
One theory as to why Son was so displeased with coming off early, may be that the South Korean League of Legends E-Sports team had just won the World Championship in London the day before and were all at the stadium to watch him play. In South Korea E-Sports is absolutely massive and Son admires and respects these players, including the best player ever to play the game "Faker" (League of Legends' Messi), who was there to watch him last weekend - they are both kind of national heroes in the entertainment world in South Korea. On top of that, Son spends a lot of his down time playing that very same game... Recently Son has even become a bigger face in the E-Sports world, as South Korea historically is the undisputed best performing nation at League of Legends... Just a theory though. Great job with the podcast as per usual!
My season has gone from shambolic to good in just 2 game weeks. I went from a rank in the 2 millions to 460k and 12th in my mini league to 1st. Keeping Solanke for this week was the best decision I’ve made all season.
This was my favourite FPL Therapy so far, I hadn't heard of Will before, even though Im saturated in the FPL world, I thought he was a great guest with good points and I'd love to hear more about his opinions on FPL from his psychology viewpoint, Also I really like his 3 picks for the GW, instead of picking easy picks like some of your other guests, he went for it with some really under the radar exciting assets. What a leg
Great content as always and thanks for the tips on different assets. I watched Cunha this last week to see all the underlying data that most FPL folks were talking about and it was absolutely spot on. The eyes don’t lie and the data backs it up. Solanke was mystifying to say the least. Dropped him after owning him all season and he hauls big! Tough one. Can’t get them all right even though the moves make sense. Gvardiol from Gabriel has paid off so… cheers!
Just a point for discussion has anybody realised how some weeks at the end of the gameweek every games bonus ponts are changed but some weeks they just stay the same? Thanks for this episode guys can’t wait to watch it.
Kyle Walker is 34. He had not trained in 3weeks and came in so Lewis could get a rest. He look wrong from kick off and had a stinker but some context needs to be applied here.
As a City fan I can say Kyle Walker has been washed for the past year. I was shocked he got the armband again this season. He shouldn’t be a starter anymore, his pace is still ok, but his decision making is only getting worse every season and this season he’s at his worst. I don’t trust a defense when he starts.
@@SebastianDalhed Again, not sure how this is a response to my tweet lol and I happen to be a City fan too. I didn't say Walker has been great, I gave context as to why he was especially bad v Bournemouth
Anyone who has Wood and Solanke is loving life, I know Solanke has underperformed for a while, but he’s got Ipswich next, DCL hasn’t had one redeeming gameweek. Maybe DCL and Salah combo isn’t so bad, but DCL and Haaland just feels like voodoo is keeping them from doing anything
I think bournemouths blueprint of how they played against Man City is how both Brighton & spurs will play, high energy pressing and going for them. Could easily see both Brighton and spurs punishing city as well.
Palmer whipped in the corner for the Caicedo goal, but as it bounced a few times between the defenders, it did not count as an assist. I guess thats why he got the bonus point.
To prevent further mental anguish after selling Solanke last week, is it actually worth bringing him back in for one week? This sounds crazy but I have Watkins against Liverpool who I'll swap for Jackson or Welbeck after the international break. So it could be worth a 1 week punt to make that swap?
@FPLTherapy fantasy football friends! 😂. Keep up the good work mate. You have just overtaken me by 1 point. I've been terrible since gw6. Down from 200k to 1.4m 🙄
What would you do with Havertz? Is he a sell for someone like cunha? I don't really need to the funds since i sold haaland last gameweek. Great episode btw!
I love the fact that they conceded 2 at the end of the game as I benched Flekken and Collins this week and played Robinson who got the winning assist right at the end of the game😊
Solanke not playing well but a captain option. Son lacking minutes but a captain option. Johnson regular 90 minutes and scoring for fun not mentioned. Is that because of his price?
I don’t think Solanke is a captaincy option and I wouldn’t captain Son unless he had better mins. Son is a much better finisher and is likely on pens, that’s why I prefer him to Johnson. By all means captain Johnson though, it could work out well!
Rashford shouldn’t be starting over Garnacho Ross😂 yes Garnacho was poor against Chelsea but rashfords been poor since the start of LAST season!!! Garnacho and amad should be the starting wingers
Your guest who claims to be a spurs fan just said Solanke’s not been playing well??? If he’d actually been watching the games then he’d realise he’s been one of our best players this season
It is so stupid how he has a psychology background and he does not understand how player confidence can affect performance when they literally have studies that show confidence improve sporting performance, ie past points equals more confidence which equals more points, look at Rashford when he was a world class player look at him now and tell me confidence does not alter player ability.
Statistically speaking, a player is less likely to score in the next game if they have scored in the previous game. By your logic, a player will continue scoring for the rest of time after scoring one goal.
Garnacho was so annoying to watch this weekend. He threw a mini tantrum most of the time he lost the ball or didn’t get the ball this game. Get over it and get back into the play because that body language is toxic to your team
Please transfer him out. Because you don't understand football. Calling them mini tantrums is you misunderstanding his winning mentality. If it was negative, RVN would sub him.
Damsgaard, McNeil, Smith Rowe and Joao Gomes are good players transfer him out and take one of them bro they dont throw mini tantrums they are much less annoying.

One word, Awesome PodCast, great to see the man behind FFHub, absolutely love and rely on that site. Great work Ross
Thank you mate! Glad you enjoyed 🙌🏼
This FPL therapy is what I needed after benching so many points...perfect content, perfect timing
I’ve only watched this week’s podcast and last week’s but this is becoming my favourite FPL content very quickly

Top pod guys 🙌🏼
I like Kerkez a lot. Had him last week for a DGW…he got subbed first half in the first game and didn’t play the second 😂
Thanksgorithm - looking forward to watching that one!
Wow, amazing that you got Bernardo Silva on the podcast, didn't know he also was the founder of FFhub
Trent is playing very well defensively but not well offensively which is making him a bit overpriced atm. But to say he’ll get dropped is laughable
These collabs are great! After last week's red arrow i really need some FPL therapy 😅
Just a point for discussion has anybody realised how some weeks at the end of the gameweek every games bonus ponts are changed but some weeks they just stay the same? Thanks for this episode guys can’t wait to watch it.
Yeah it is very inconsistent isn’t it! Thanks mate 🙏🏼
Enjoyed that, what a nice and knowledgeable guy, thank you
Thanks mate!
Just a heads up, Ait-Noûri is the main target for Amorin in United's winter transfer window (Ait-Noûri and Dalot on the wing backs incoming)
I’d love that as a United fan
Kyle Walker is 34. He had not trained in 3weeks and came in so Lewis could get a rest. He look wrong from kick off and had a stinker but some context needs to be applied here.
It’s not just this game. He was comfortably England’s worst player at the euros
@@ishaanhall78 I'm not sure how you read my comment and thought about England during the euros lol.

A nice episode with the English Diogo Jota.

Great episode, loved seeing Diogo Jota as this weeks guest (just me that thinks they look alike?)😂😂
Hahahaha I see it 🇵🇹
Is this the guy that kept making you tell us that the FFH discount will end "very soon"? 😊

Best FPL podcast around!
Thank you!
Great episode Ross 🍻
Gambled on Eze ➡️ Bruno. Considering giving him the armband at home to Leicester.
Palmer whipped in the corner for the Caicedo goal, but as it bounced a few times between the defenders, it did not count as an assist. I guess thats why he got the bonus point.
Isak/Jackson + Rogers or Watkins + Semenyo from GMW12 onwards?

Is captaining Solanke too big of a risk?
yes
I benched 25 points and still ended up on 54 points and a green arrow. That spurs vs Aston villa game saved my weekend
Wow! Great week overall then. Lots of bench pain this week!
@@FPLTherapy owning solanke rogers and kulu saved everything

Ouch that 29 points on the bench must have hurt 🤕 Will bad 😮
My top 3 differential picks:
Son Bruno Fernandes Wissa.
Favorite FPL Podcast
Thank you mate!
This is the worst time in history to own Trent, Porro, Haaland and DCL and I have all four of them, decent enough team on paper, no points coming in
Could pick Son as a differential but doesn't feel right 😆
600k red arrow down to 1m this week for me, love this game
Flekken was supposed to be the cherry on the cake on a greeny GW. But nooooooo, they had to concede 2 in dying minutes. From 12.... to 8..... to 4
4 points is better than a lot of goalkeepers this week! Still tough to take though
I love the fact that they conceded 2 at the end of the game as I benched Flekken and Collins this week and played Robinson who got the winning assist right at the end of the game😊
