to mr Sheiko how could I get hold of one of your programme, 4 days a week training, for about 10 weeks period? always trained everything once a week, but I have started to train with no results. thank you
someone should seriously change the name of the sport from powerlifting to perhaps Strengthlifting or something like that. Even in this video sheiko says powerlifting has a low power value.
