    Hi Boris,
    I just wanted to say thank you for all of the info you put up on your website and it's forum and for the 3 day a week program. I've just followed it through for the first time and I increased my 420kg total to a 480kg total, with 20kg jump on the squat, 10kg jump on the bench and 30kg jump on the deadlift.
    I didn't follow the accessory work in the second preparatory phase and the peaking phase because of I didn't make time for them but I'm repeating the program following it everything in the program word for word.
    I've watched a lot of American powerlifters on TH-cam who endorse doing lots of supplementary exercises like bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, leg extensions and I was wondering if you thought there was a place for exercises like these in your program apart from where you've specified.
    Thanks very much for giving up such awesome information!
    Cheers

    Mr. Sheiko, I know you said that the fatigue from equipped and raw lifts is the same, but wouldn't the increased load on your spine cause more fatigue?

    Большое спасибо за вашу работу.
    Интересно было бы найти информацию по изменению КПШ у разрядников в ходе роста мастерства от 3 разряда к 1, и связи (если она есть) КПШ и весовой категории).

    I don't think his question was about partials (which you answered), but rather on why do you like partials so much on deadlifts specifically.

      I can't remember if Boris understands English, so here's a poor Russian translation from Google.
      Я не могу вспомнить, если Борис понимает по-английски, так что вот бедный русский перевод с Google.
      Я не думаю, что его вопрос был о частичных (который вы ответили), а о том, почему вам нравится частичные столько на тяге в частности.

      Hi Tiago:-). Maybe cause you can basically easilly differentiate between 2 groups of people. Ones that are weak at the bottom and ones that are week at lock out. So you can easily focus on a weak part of the lift. While in bench and squat its much more complicated.-).

      Not really, every movement has a strength curve, your weak point is also always the same on squat and bench. Plus, if I recall correctly, sheiko has BOTH pulls from blocks and deficits.

      By sheiko, you mean one of his program?

    • @tiagovasc_
      @tiagovasc_ 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Correct. If I'm not mistaken, it's on all of his programs.
