Elise mid. Funnily enough I climbed very fast to plat with it while I’m still in gold with Azir I go electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball, and swap between treasure and relentless. Secondary runes: always manaflow, and either transcendence/scorch/gathering (whatever you prefer). I don’t buy a mana item, just full damage (manaflow is surprisingly enough if you are efficient with waveclear and poke) People think that Elise is terrible in late game but I have found good success in late game. One time I had a 29 kill 40 minute game and almost one shotting tank Sion I didn’t expect to write this much
