My intake has runners that flap open to allow air to come into the manifold for acceleration. Currently coding out because carbon buildup is sending restriction signal to computer. Would spraying a little wd-40 to allow smoother runners cause any harm?
@@Arrambide02 I saw some posted, but the model is not compatible with my car, I have the 2006 2.7 V6, the ones I saw available are for the 2007 to 2008 model. In summary, there are three models of intake manifold, the model for 2005 and 2006 has a two-bolt valve (Intake manifold runner control), for 2007 to 2008 has a four-bolt Intake manifold runner control (as you can see in this video). From 2009 onwards, the valve was removed from the manifold.
Very nice video thanks this helped me out alot. Great editing step by step. Will be subscribing.

Well my intake manifold runner valve won't budge at all, it's like stuck or glued
After that does the engine light turn off automatically or do I have to drive it a little more?
