I have that same kit. I use it to pull PTU right side seals out of Explorer/Taurus right sided. That plastic piece.

Reference the 6T70 bearing races. The GM tool numbers are, DT 45094 (your blind hole tool).
And DT 45124 removal bridge. (Threads into the blind hole tool)
Pretty sure making the removal bridge, wouldn’t be that hard. And you already have the other tool.
These two tools, are way over priced. Hope this helps some at least. I haven’t had to heat them up, using the bridge.
