Yes! First time last week with a lace wig and I know me I want my scalp and hair to breathe.. on day 2 I was using alchohol to wipe the white film or trying to cover it. Then finally in day 4 it's off. Last rinsed and conditioned but had to get all the white yucky stuff off first..

Thank you. This is simple and easy to follow. I just purchased my first lace front. I didn't want to use that glue because I value my edges. The lady in the store said not only do I not need it because it can ruin my edges but she said it also ruins the wig. This video is beyond helpful. Thank you.

Because it’s not Got2be glue It’s Got2be invincible styling gel (black bottle). I did not use any glue (read the bottle)
BeautiiByDay right.. They all technically say "Got2b" and the black one you used says "ultra glued" but that's why I was saying its still Gel and not glue..

Yeah and it doesn't for the back tabs as well if yours is 360 😫 my problem more so than the ear tabs but I can't come to terms with actual glue so imma have to get gel I guess 🤷♀️

Priscilla Mickey I’ve watched many videos about bleaching knots... I’m pretty sure it’s not my process but rather the companies I’ve purchased from did not have knots that easily lifted. Not all knots life easily, it’s a good indication of the quality of the construction.
If it about preventing the bleach from touching your hair spray got to be freeze on the hair and bleach the lace , how bout that ?
Priscilla Mickey it’s not about that it’s just that not all knots react to bleach, again more about the quality of the wig/hair. I know how to bleach knots and was solely asking about this particular wig and it’s ability to lift easily. I’ve since spoke with Day who advised me Dola does lift easily so I’m more than pleased. Thanks for your suggestion!

😣 Why bleach and use concealer and all these things if it's a transparent lace. Then what is the benefit/advantage of having such lace (transparent) if we basically do the same thing with the normal (non-transparent) lace.
Is the only advantage, the wig is not as 'bulky' ?
Tamera love Well the bleach doesn’t affect the transparency of the lace, it affects the colors of the knots (the point where the hair strands are tied to the lace). No matter if it’s a transparent lace, Swiss lace, hd lace, if the knots aren’t bleached it’s going to be really obvious that it’s a wig. And the concealer is used so that you can get more of a scalp like color. Rather than a lighter/darker cap shade that doesn’t look normal. I hope that cleared some things up for you ☺️

the install method will be the same regardless of the race of the person wearing the wig. just have to make sure the lace color is appropriate
