    This is absolutely phenomenal.
Empowering just like Steve Job's Stanford speech, with the difference being that Chambers highlights and draws upon the strength of putting other's needs beyond your own, and using your gifts, passions, and talents to relentlessly pursue the betterment of just not your own world, but the world around.

I have been an enthusiastic and proud Cisco employee for almost 11 years. Cisco gave me the opportunity to travel, change roles every 2 years, and work with amazing people. I have always raved about John C, and how he might, in fact, be too far ahead of his team.
Now, as I take the early retirement package, Cisco is giving me the opportunity to go out and develop a non-profit solution for Emergency Responders. In this speech, John waves his hand and says "make it so". Thank you John

WOW, you all negatives have this wrong. he has done what he said he would do. In a wretched economy, He is at the helm. He is backing my project, don't you wish you had him. Steve Jobs was brilliant and died. And in the end wrote a book and apologized as a billionaire to his kids. Get balanced, get support and accept change. Most important..GIVE BACK, pay forward. And be YOU. I got him, you have not.

Cisco is fine, it hiccups, we all do, the WORLD and the USA is in a huge one. Steve Jobs died, and left a legacy, and had to apologize in a book to the WORLD to kid's. Wise up, he is brilliant my college EMBRACES CISCO.
