I watch Black justice webseries There episode 2 talk about dual degree And i completely understand but when it come single judge who listen all civil and criminal case of that party how that will work? I mean every case need a specialized degree but how 1 jugde can do justice?? Please clear my confusion
Black Justice shows why dual Degree is important for any Judge be in single bench or Dual Bench. How can judge become an examiner when he doesn't have any knowledge of the subject. Therefore Black Justice Proposes that in Law Colleges, there should be specialization of the subject and a Lawyer can argue and more importantly a Judge should be allowed to Hear. A Judge who is listing to finance Matters should have atleast studied the subject till Graduation or in Family Court a Judge should have studies Psychology...

The worst is our low meritious, illegal collegium judges. LLB from substandard law college. We need judges from all domain. It's ridiculous that llb graduates decide finance, military , science. No where in the world there is collegium judges.

What the judges r , llb degree from substandard law college. Decide their salary vide judiciary order , wish to occupy all post . Decide cases without domain knowledge to give bizzare verdicts. Tell me any judge who have scoring more than 90 % in 10th / 12 th. Any judge can't score 30 % in any upsc exam. The basic is how llb graduates would decide raffle, pm security, cbi election when they have no domain knowledge. No where in the world there is collegium then there is no independent judges in that country. Independence is to gag everyone with contempt, drag cases for decades, loot money in connivance with adv, that's all.
How tyrant & ignorant . What more one can expect . It's not memory it's money he had in ignoring the sufferer.
