Trying film photography for the first time on my grandpa's 45 y.o. Canon AE-1

As I'm trying to grow my vintage camera collection, I picked up my grandpa's old Canon AE-1. The Canon AE-1 is an analog 35 mm film camera, which is a type of camera, I have never used before. So I bought a budget-friendly roll of Kodak Gold 200 and started learning how to even do film photography.
