I do love the Remembrancer's story, such a unique point of view about something we so rarely see
The remeberencer story moved me emotionally, connectted at an instinctual level. was written and performed beautifully!
Considering their complete and utter inept failure with regards to Lorgar i sense a little projection in that Custodes words to that chapter master.
As we stand alone the edge of the new year I will take a moment to thank you for all your content this year good sir and I waited with baited breath to see what stories you can tell next year

I like this depiction of the relationship between Custodes and Astartes better than the one depicted in that first story where the custodes start killing primaris. It shows that the customer Harbour lasting bitterness against the astartes and it colours their actions. It actually makes the custodes slightly more human.
My wife doesn't get into Warhammer 40K, but she likes your voice. It amuses her that I sleep better listening to you. :)

This was just lovely to sit back and listen to. It was calming and I'm struggling to pinpoint why but I thoroughly enjoyed this. We'll done Baldermort as ever another fantastic entry.
This is like a superior version of those nature documentaries.
Baldermort is one of the best 'voices' for the 40K verse, but thats just my opinion, what do I know? I am just a vile believer in CHAOS even if i refuse to follow any of those 'gods'. :)

Awesome as always. The custodes story vs the knights of Solemnia was a bit weird though. They aren't supposed to be so pride full and it is a universe with precognition. You really don't need any traitors in your ranks or spies to be ambushed. Although i might have missed something.
They did seem unnecessarily hateful, spiteful, cruel even. And yes, too proud. I agree with your take. At least what the story showed is different than how I imagined Custodes.

The Rememberance hit home so much harder than most of the Lore. We all have that moment in our own histories that we simply can not help but to be haunted by in a swell of a regret. Only to staith it off knowing it was even more simply something beyond our realm of fault. Ever further from our ability to have not let ourselves down for the rest of our lives.
I think the Emperor still has a good approval rating because hes just as flawed as we are. Emotional or lacking it and the wrong times... starting off as a naive idealist full of arrogance and bravado, then LIFE itself humbles you, and you learn suffering, you learn that before we can have philosophers and artists... we cant forget that in the beginning, those who could take what they wanted using brute force... Did. We are a peculiar, odd, ape anomaly.
