Simple Moments from A Yoga Teacher Training on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

It's been A WHILE since I last posted, or even created a video. 2021 has been a wild ride and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I recently completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with School Yoga Institute at the magical Mystical Yoga Farm on Lake Atitlan. It's hard to put words to encompass all that I experienced over the past 21 days but here are a few moments that I feel translate some of the sacredness that was experienced in this training.
