I feel so bad for Emily. She somewhat manipulated Victor into marrying her, just because of her lonely death and how she died. She just wanted someone to love. The land of the living is just as more dead than the afterlife ♡.

It's 2022 and I'm still listening to the first song waiting to dance it with someone I love too much 💗
I would like to say, although I do love Emily, what should have happened, happened, and I don't know why people are acting like Emily was such a good character. Yes, she was great, but here's the thing, she manipulated Victor into marrying her, whether she meant to or not. If he married her, he would have out of pity, not love. He felt bad for her, her didn't care about her. He very obviously cared about Victoria, as his whole goal until he decided to marry Emily (again, out of pure PITY), was to get back to her. And all Victoria wanted to do was marry him, she climbed out of a window and made the whole town think she was crazy just to try and save him, she obviously loved him. Again, whether she meant to or not, Emily manipulated Victor and made him feel bad for her. The story ended as it was supposed to, Emily was at peace, and Victoria and Victor happily got married together.
Also, LOVELY playlist, I really enjoyed listening to it. :)
yes, we didn't get to see much of victoria's story, but if we did i'm sure people would agree that although sad this the best outcome for all 3 of them 🤔

It’s ridiculous to say Victor didn’t care for Emily at all, but whatever floats your boat man.
Finally, some Victoria love. I am so glad that her and Victor ended up together, I 100% loved them from the beginning.

Idk it’s too gloomy for me. Everything is black, white, and grey. Halloween town is pretty cool to but I think I’d like Christmas town because there’s more color and feels comforting

Victor.Should.Have.Ended.Up.With.Emily.
My ending would be:
Victor Sacrifices himself to protect Victoria and while Victoria is sad, Victor tells him she is now free to go find true love for herself. He dies in Victoria's arms and his ghost rises next to Emily where they get married for real in the underworld and together they move on to the light

Victor leaving Victoria so depressed would make him no different from Lord Barquis or Barkis whatever. If Emily accepted Victor's offer to be his wife, Emily would be a selfish character. Just like she said in the movie "I was a Bride. My dreams were taken from me. But now, now I've stolen them from somebody else's." even if she want, she couldn't.
I think it's actually more fitting that he ended up with Victoria, after all he only agreed to marry Emily because he had thought that she had given up on him. Emily on the other hand, imo, didn't really "love" Victor though it can't be denied that she does care for him greatly. She thought that the only way to fill the empty hole in her heart was to be married--likely even if it wasn't Victor, she only realized that that wasn't what she really wanted or even needed in the end when she realized that Victoria truly does love Victor and had not given up on him.
Marrying Victor would leave Victoria heartbroken (and a "dead" Victor would likely mourn with regret as well once he realizes that Victoria never stopped loving him). Emily did the right thing, no matter how painful it might have been, to let him go. Although through doing this, she had set herself free as well.
