I need to replace solenoid coil BE230AS (018F6701) & BG230AS (018F6801) by model with ATEX approval. Can I replace two that solenoid coil by model BO230C (018Z6592)? Are there any accessories need to have to do that?
Hi, The Danfoss BE and BG types coils are clip-on coils which you simply just click onto the valve by hand pressure. The BO type coil is a screw-on coil. This coil comes with a snap fastener and nut with O-ring to fix the coil onto the valve. Please see the Danfoss video about how to mount a screw-on coil to the Danfoss solenoid valve.
