Haven't added the Bishop's opening to my repertoire yet but appreciate the analysis for the transposition into the copycat Vienna, which I do play. Instructive as always.
Txs! Bishop opening is amazing, after watching your chessable course, been trying it out online with good results (i esp like Urusov gambit) , gotta love those bishop to patzer opening ideas as well. "What happens after this move?" "NOTHING!" haha :)
Thank you, Mio! That would be nice to see some OTB games (longer time control) with the Bishop's opening by you or your students against 2100/2200 rated opponents. Have a great weekend :)
Thank you Big Mio. Since you start saying you're playing this on bullet, do you think this Qg4 is bad in longer games where they won't go into the Qf2 trap?
First of all, thank you for you effort to bring us all these videos. Second of all, is this video for 1200 ELO, or higher ? Because, I watch it 7 times already, and i'm going to watch it again and again, I hope i'll get something. It's hard to follow you. I love the Bishop Opening from Remote Chess Academy.
but after knight to h3 my opponent went with pawn d6 attacking my queen with his bishop and offering a queen swap leaving a very equal looking end game. can i move the queen and avoid the trade?
I played this variation many times. There is an improvement (at least engine thinks it is better). Preven Bg4 with h3. So on d6 you play h3 and you have no need to move your queen and knight on f6 is still under pressure
This is one of your best videos Mio!!!!
Wait to check few more 😉
BigMio!!! Butcher the sicilian 2.0....Cant wait for your new courses.
this is a great one! they really do play those moves and you're spot on
I am always spot on 😉
Thanks again Mio, very instructive and entertaining as well.😊

Will do video about it! Problem is, there are so many wins, so what to show!? 😂
Pozdrav Miodraže, super video. Koja je Vaša preporuka, kada dijete može da počne da trenira šah?

Its good for bullet a lot more for them to save and defend than for us
Absolute savage
I love it! 😄
Black knight to d4 on move 8? Prior to that, he played g6 followed by Nf6, d6 and Bg4. My options are Nexd4 or Bb3.
To judge from this video, the 'short' format works well!
After Qg4... Nd4 is a decent try?
Qg7 Qf6 Qf6 Nf6 Bd3 is much better for White
E4 e5 bc4 nf6 d3 and c6 or bc5 would be interesting if you could show us
Great!

You have series of videos on Bishops opening here made 2 years ago! Those are one of the most popular videos on the channel 😃

Qg3 Bh3 Rf1!!

You don’t need to prevent it, we want it there because of some tricks 😉Although, you made a good point too
Tomorrow I play some tournament 10+5 I will try all your repertoire Mio. God help me 😁
