Hi Teddy! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, unfortunately, there are no shower facilities at the Willer bus terminal. You can just probably take a shower before leaving your Osaka hotel, then a shower again when you reach your hotel in Tokyo. You can also try capsule hotels or 24-hr internet cafes. They have shower facilities for a fee.
